Jax

Jax as stated in Sonya’s bio, is a member of the US special forces. He is head officer to Sonya but the two still consider each other to be close friends. Jax has cybernetic arms in MK9 after being forced to have them in order to survive however in the original games he is only said to have bionic armour plating over his arms as a choice to make him stronger and to protect them. Unlike Sonya he made his first appearance in Mortal Kombat 2 however his bionic arms did not appear until MK3. I am not the biggest fan of Jax as I find him to be quite slow, however he does cause quite some damage when in range of his attacks.
