Sektor

Sektor is one of the few characters in the series to have been turned into a machine. He was formerly an Earthrealm warrior and was formerly neutral however in MK9 his alignment was with Shao Kahn. He is one of three characters in the series, leading up to Mortal Kombat 9, to have been turned into a cyborg. He made his first appearance in Mortal Kombat 3 but was not actually made cyborg until after Deadly Alliance. However in the games leading up to deadly alliance he is shown as simply an armored ninja. After the series' transition into full 3D, which allowed for more non-human design possibilities, the cyber ninja template changed thus creating the cyber ninja for Sektor, Cyrax and Smoke.
